On November 24, 2015, a lecture by Helen Clark, Administrator of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), was held at the North Hall. The Administrator visited Keio Juku on that day to sign a university-wide educational agreement between the UNDP and Keio Juku. To commemorate the occasion, she gave a lecture titled "The World We Want: The Sustainable Development Goals and Youth Leadership." In her lecture, she covered a wide range of topics, including her own career path, her work at the UNDP, and various development projects led by young people that she has been directly involved in or has visited. The 40-minute lecture was followed by a Q&A session with the audience, and she offered words of encouragement, expressing her hope that the youth of Japan would take on leadership roles in the field of development.
