Notice for March 2026 Graduates

At Keio University, current students are called "Jukusei" (Keio students) and graduates are called "Jukuin" (Keio University alumni). Furthermore, the alumni association organization for Keio University alumni, known as "Mita-kai," is a distinctive feature of the university and a very important organization.

Even after graduation, many Keio University alumni cherish their connections with the friends and teachers they studied with, as well as with their alma mater.

The unity and sense of solidarity among Keio University alumni, and the strength of the connection between Keio University alumni and Keio University, are major characteristics of Keio University.

The Office of Alumni Affairs would like to provide information from Keio University to all of you who are about to become Keio University alumni.

1. Handling of Keio University Alumni Information

Keio University has a system in place where information such as "name," "home address," "phone number," and "place of employment" is kept by the Office of Alumni Affairs as Keio University alumni information even after graduation.

Under this system, we manage and utilize Keio University alumni information to deliver notices from the university, such as ballots for the election of Councilors, public relations magazines, invitations to the Reunion for Keio Alumni, and information regarding fundraising and The Iji-kai (Support Group), as well as to support Mita-kai activities as your alma mater.

At the time of graduation, the address of the guarantor is generally registered as the Keio University alumni address for those in the regular undergraduate/graduate programs, and the individual's own address is registered for those in the Correspondence Education Program.

Therefore, we would like you to provide your latest contact information; please submit it from here.

For details on the handling of Keio University alumni information, please refer to here.

2. Mita-kai and Keio Rengo Mita-Kai

Among these, the "Class Mita-kai" formed for each graduation year corresponds to a so-called "class reunion group," and all graduates automatically become members.

Those graduating in March 2026 will belong to the "2026 Mita-kai (167th Mita-kai)."
