Notice to All Students Graduating in September 2025

At Keio University, we refer to current students as "Keio students" and graduates as "Keio University alumni." The "Mita-kai," the alumni association for Keio University alumni, is a distinctive and very important organization of the university.

Even after graduation, many Keio University alumni cherish their connections with the friends and teachers they studied with, as well as with their alma mater.

The strong bond and sense of solidarity among Keio University alumni, and the strong connection between the alumni and Keio University, are major characteristics of Keio University.

The Office of Alumni Affairs would like to provide information on notices from Keio University to all of you who are about to become Keio University alumni.

●Handling of Alumni Information

Keio University has a system in which the Office of Alumni Affairs retains information such as your name, home address, phone number, place of employment, and email address as alumni information even after graduation.

Under this system, we manage and use alumni information to send you notices from Keio University, such as ballots for the election of the Board of Councillors, newsletters, invitations to the Reunion for Keio Alumni, and information on fundraising and The Iji-kai (Support Group), as well as to support Mita-kai activities as your alma mater.

Upon graduation, the address of the guarantor for students in regular (on-campus) programs and the student's own address for those in the correspondence course will, in principle, be registered as the official alumni address.

Accordingly, we ask that you provide your latest contact information by registering here .

●The Mita-kai and the Keio Rengo Mita-Kai

The Keio Rengo Mita-Kai is an umbrella organization that encompasses the various "Mita-kai" alumni associations for Keio University alumni.

Among these, the "Nendo Mita-kai" (class-year Mita-kai), which is formed for each graduating class, is equivalent to a class reunion, and all graduates are automatically enrolled.

Graduates of September 2025 will belong to the "2025 Mita-kai."
