Notice to All Students Graduating in March 2025

At Keio University, we refer to current students as "Keio students" and graduates as "Keio University alumni." The "Mita-kai," the alumni association for Keio University alumni, is a distinctive feature of Keio University and a very important organization.

Even after graduation, many Keio University alumni cherish their connections with the friends and professors they studied with, as well as with their alma mater.

The solidarity and sense of unity among Keio University alumni, and the strong bond between Keio University alumni and Keio University, are major characteristics of Keio University.

The Office of Alumni Affairs would like to provide the following information regarding notices from Keio University to all of you who are about to become Keio University alumni.

● Handling of Alumni Information

Keio University has a system in place where the Office of Alumni Affairs manages information such as your "name," "home address," "phone number," "place of employment," and "email address" as alumni information even after graduation.

Under this system, we manage and utilize alumni information to deliver notices from Keio University, such as ballots for the election of the Board of Councillors, newsletters, invitations to the Reunion for Keio Alumni, and information on fundraising and The Iji-kai (Support Group), as well as to support Mita-kai activities as your alma mater.

Upon graduation, the address of the guarantor for students in on-campus programs and the student's own address for those in the Distance Learning Division will, as a general rule, be registered as the alumni address.

Therefore, we kindly ask you to update your latest contact information by clicking here .
