As announced by the Keio Information Technology Center, the old format Keio IDs will be abolished on March 31, 2025.
Abolition of Old Format Keio IDs and Mailing Lists (March 2025)
Accordingly, the old format Keio IDs will become unavailable from 10:00 a.m. on Monday, March 31 , and you will no longer be able to send or receive emails.
Please follow the instructions from the Keio Information Technology Center to switch to the new format.
The new format Keio ID will be in a format such as keiotaro@keio.jp or keiojiro.○○@keio.jp.
If you do not know your new format Keio ID or password, please make an inquiry using the form below.
Additionally, if you apply using the form, your Keio ID will be sent by mail. Please also update your address to the latest information using the link below.
