Keio University

Notification of Address Change, Name Change, or Non-Disclosure of Information

Keio University manages the addresses of its alumni for sending notifications from the university and for communications from Mita-kai alumni associations. For details, please refer to here.

If there are any changes to your name, address, workplace, etc., please notify the Keio University Office of Alumni Affairs using one of the methods below.

At the time of graduation, the guarantor's address is registered for students in regular courses, and the student's own address is registered for students in correspondence courses.

If you are currently enrolled in Keio University or its graduate schools, please notify the Office of Student Services

Those who wish to have certificates issued under their new name must separately submit the original documents (copies not accepted) of family register documents (such as a certified copy of the family register (Koseki Shohon/Tohon) or an old family register (Kaisei Gen Koseki)) issued within the last 3 months, which show the history of the name change. Regular course students should submit to the Office of Student Services, and students in correspondence courses to the School Office of Correspondence Courses. For details, please refer to the page on Various Certificates.
