Joint Seminar in Commercial Law I: Chikako Suzuki, Takahiro Sugita, Akiko Matsumoto, Kengo Minami, and Myongchang Ryu

Participants will research and present reports on recent judicial precedents concerning topics of their individual interest. Through a subsequent question-and-answer session involving the presenter, fellow participants, and the instructors, the key issues will be clarified, thereby deepening the examination of various problems in commercial law.
