Professor Shoichi Maeda received a letter of appreciation and a commemorative gift from Tokyo Governor Yuriko Koike. His project proposal was selected under the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's "Project Proposal Program by University Researchers" in recognition of its contribution to solving the challenges facing the metropolitan government and shaping the future of Tokyo.
