The Keio University Graduate School of Business and Commerce consists of 10 fields of study: Commercial Science, Finance and Securities, Insurance, Transport, Public Policy and Industrial Organization, Econometrics, International Economics, Industrial History and Business History, Industrial Relations, Management and Organization, and Accounting.

The program explores “jitsugaku” (empirical science) which aims to understand the problems created by modern industrial society from both macro and micro perspectives, to develop problem-solving methods guided by theory, and to build up a body of knowledge.
