Research Overview

We aim to propose useful system control methods (e.g., prices and disclosure of information on number of waiting customers) for various waiting phenomena in society. To this end, we construct mathematical models as a framework for queuing games (an area that combines queuing theory and game theory) that consider the strategic behavior of customers, and explore new mathematical methods to analyze and calculate them.
