Research Overview
To understand the mechanisms underlying complex biological phenomena, it is necessary to elucidate not only the information from individual genes but also the interactions among them. Our approach is to provide computational platforms for inference and analysis of biological networks, and we focus on elucidating how living organisms can have diverse capabilities.
