Research Overview

I research crystal growth, device fabrication, and their applications of nanomaterials in an integrated manner, aiming to develop novel crystal growth techniques and innovative functional devices. Recently, I focus on developing infrared light-emitting devices using graphene, a type of nanocarbon material, and their application in infrared spectroscopy.
