Research Overview
My study focuses on micro/nano machining technologies, process control and robot machining. By linking basic researches of micro/nano processing based on the physical and chemical properties of materials and development researches of intelligent machine tools applying model-based control or machine-learning, the present study aims at the achievement of innovative manufacturing system.
