Research Overview
Nano-scale imaging of spatiotemporal hierarchy in biological cells : To describe how biological cells work in the nanometer to micrometer scales, we have been investigating the spatiotemporal events and interactions in biomolecules and cellular organelles. For the purpose, we have been developing the cutting-edge imaging techniques such as synchrotron X-ray diffraction, fast fluorescence spectroscopy and large-scale computer simulations.
