Research Overview
In this laboratory, studies on development of statistical and machine learning methods, and methodology for quality management and marketing are conducted. Furthermore, application studies such as service quality, customer satisfaction and marketing analysis, and survey and field studies on product development, TQM,etc., are widely performed.
