Research Overview
This laboratory is focused on safety management. Especially, we have studied the strategic method to increase human reliability. 1) Propose the effective countermeasures to reduce human error by analyzing performance shaping factors (PSFs) that can be the causes of human error incidents. 2) Support the management in the organizations to enhance the safety/service activities from the view point of customers centered design.
