Research Overview
This laboratory focuses on realizing complete manipulation of semiconductor isotope using state-of-the-art nanotechnology. Research covers a wide variety of novel quantum physics emerging in such low-dimensional semiconductor structures and its application to the new class of devices including quantum computers and quantum sensors.
