Research Overview
Cells that constitute living systems can be regarded as highly functional mechanical components. By integrating cell engineering, mechanical engineering, and electrical engineering, we develop fundamental technologies that support regenerative medicine and cell-based therapies, and investigate the mechanical microenvironment in cancer tissues, with the aim of translating these insights into medical applications.
