Research Overview
We aim to elucidate the pathogenesis of human gastrointestinal diseases using single-cell RNA-seq and spatial transcriptomics analysis as well as localization and kinetic analysis of immune cells at the single-cell level in the field of gastrointestinal immunology and endoscopy.
