Research Overview
Initially, my research focused on both the substantive and procedural legal issues surrounding conspiracy-based joint principalship (kyōbō kyōdō seihan) and its prosecution. In recent years, I have expanded my research interests to contemporary issues, such as the methodology of criminal legislation and legal responses to illegal or harmful information on social media.
