The new book by world-renowned historian, cultural anthropologist, and demographer Emmanuel Todd, "Who is Charlie?: Racism and the Decline of the West" (translated by Shigeki Hori, Bungeishunju Shinsho), will be published on January 20. To commemorate this, the author, Emmanuel Todd, will visit Japan to hold a special one-night-only lecture with the translator, Professor Shigeki Hori of the Faculty of Policy Management.
