2015 Graduate School Commencement

The Graduate School commencement for the 2015 academic year will be held as detailed below.

Please note that this ceremony is not open to the public. Vehicles are not permitted to enter the campus.

Date & Time	Monday, March 28, 2016, 10:00 a.m. to approx. 11:30 a.m. (tentative) Doors are scheduled to open at approx. 9:00 a.m. Please be seated by 9:40 a.m. Please be punctual, as entry will not be permitted after the ceremony begins.
Venue	Hiyoshi Commemorative Hall, Hiyoshi Campus (*Please note that the venue is not heated.)
Eligible Participants	All Graduate Schools
Advance Registration	Not required
Notes	To family members: Seating will be available in the Hiyoshi Commemorative Hall. Regarding degree conferral: Diplomas will be presented at a separate venue after the ceremony. Students completing their programs must bring their student ID card. Recipients of doctoral degrees will be sent an invitation postcard. Please bring this postcard with you on the day of the ceremony.
