The 2015 Undergraduate Commencement Ceremony will be held as detailed below.

Attendance at the ceremony is restricted to authorized personnel. Vehicles are not permitted to enter the campus.

Schedule	Wednesday, March 23, 2016 Doors Open: 9:00 a.m. Assembly Time: 9:30 a.m. Commencement Ceremony and Mita-kai Inauguration Ceremony: 10:00 a.m. - approx. 11:45 a.m. Conferral of Diplomas: approx. 12:30 p.m. ( Separate venue ) Please note that entry or exit will not be permitted after the ceremony begins.
Venue	Hiyoshi Commemorative Hall, Hiyoshi Campus (*Please note that the venue is not heated.)
Eligible Participants	All undergraduate faculties
Advance Registration	Not required
Notes	About the Ceremony: The Mita-kai Inauguration Ceremony will be held following the Commencement Ceremony. (The ceremonies, including the Mita-kai Inauguration Ceremony, are scheduled to end at 11:45 a.m., with the Conferral of Diplomas beginning at approximately 12:30 p.m.) For Family Members: Family members may view the ceremony at a separate venue, such as the Hiyoshi Kaido "Hiyoshi Kaido" Senior High School Gymnasium. About the Conferral of Diplomas: Diplomas will be distributed at a separate venue after the ceremony. Please be sure to bring your student ID card. You will not be able to receive your diploma without it.
