Lecture Outline
For about 20 years, we have been conducting research on supercentenarians as a model for health and longevity. This lecture consists of three parts. The first part will cover the characteristics of supercentenarians that we have learned from our research to date, the second part will discuss personality and feelings of happiness, and the third part will introduce stories from supercentenarians and their families. Through these stories, we hope you will come to see supercentenarians as our seniors in life and find hints for your own health and longevity.
