The September 2015 entrance ceremonies for undergraduate faculties, the Japanese Language Program, and graduate schools will be held as follows.

Please note that attendance at the ceremony is limited to invited guests and participants.

Date	Thursday, September 17, 2015, from 10:00 a.m. Doors are scheduled to open at approximately 9:00 a.m. Please be seated by 9:30 a.m. Please be punctual as entry will not be permitted after the ceremony begins.
Venue	West School Building Hall, Mita Campus
Eligible Participants	Undergraduate Faculties: Faculty of Law, Faculty of Policy Management, Faculty of Environment and Information Studies Graduate Schools: Graduate School of Economics, Graduate School of Science and Technology, Graduate School of Media and Governance, Graduate School of Business Administration, Graduate School of System Design and Management, Graduate School of Media Design (KMD), Law School Japanese Language Program
Advance Registration	Not required
Notes	For family members: You are welcome to enter the ceremony venue. Other information: Vehicles are not permitted to enter the campus. Please refrain from coming by private car.
