The September 2015 Undergraduate Commencement Ceremony will be held as follows.

Please note that this ceremony is not open to the public.

Date & Time	Wednesday, September 16, 2015, from 2:00 p.m. Doors are scheduled to open at approximately 1:00 p.m. Please be seated by 1:30 p.m. Please be punctual as entry will not be permitted after the ceremony begins.
Venue	West School Building Hall, Mita Campus
Eligible Graduates	Faculties of Law, Science and Technology, Policy Management, and Environment and Information Studies
Advance Registration	Not required
Notes	To family members: You may enter the ceremony venue. Regarding degree conferral: Degrees will be conferred at a separate venue after the ceremony. Please be sure to bring your student ID card. Diplomas and other documents cannot be issued without a student ID card. Other information: Entry to the campus by car is not permitted. Please refrain from coming by private car.
