September 2015 Graduate School Commencement

The September Graduate School Commencement for the 2015 academic year will be held as follows.

As this is a formal ceremony, attendance is limited to those directly involved.

Date and Time	Wednesday, September 16, 2015, from 10:00 a.m. Doors are scheduled to open at approximately 9:00 a.m. Please be seated by 9:30 a.m. Please be punctual as entry will not be permitted after the ceremony begins.
Venue	West School Building Hall, Mita Campus
Eligible Participants	Graduates of the Graduate Schools of Letters, Economics, Law, Human Relations, Business and Commerce, medical sciences, science and technology, Business Administration, Media and Governance, System Design and Management, and Media Design.
Advance Registration	Not required
Notes	To families and guests: You may enter the ceremony venue. Regarding degree conferral: Diplomas will be distributed at a separate venue after the ceremony. Students completing their programs must bring their student ID card. Recipients of doctoral degrees will be sent a notification postcard. Please bring this postcard with you on the day of the ceremony. Other Information: Vehicles are not permitted on campus. Please refrain from coming by private car.
