The Graduate School Commencement for Academic Year 2014 will be held as follows.

Please note that this ceremony is for authorized personnel only. Also, vehicles are not permitted to enter the campus.

Date/Time	Monday, March 30, 2015, scheduled for 10:00 AM–approx. 11:30 AM Doors are scheduled to open at approximately 9:00 AM. Please be seated by 9:40 AM. Please be on time as entry will not be permitted after the ceremony begins.
Venue	Hiyoshi Commemorative Hall, Hiyoshi Campus (*Please note that the venue is not heated.)
Eligible Participants	All Graduate Schools
Advance Registration	Not required
Notes	To family members: You will also be seated in the Hiyoshi Commemorative Hall. Regarding degree conferral: Degrees will be conferred at a separate venue after the ceremony. Students who have completed their program must bring their student ID card. Recipients of doctoral degrees will be sent an invitation postcard. Please bring it with you on the day of the ceremony.
