Please note that attendance at the ceremony is limited to authorized personnel. Vehicles are not permitted on campus.

Schedule	Friday, April 3, 2015, 10:00 a.m. to approx. 11:00 a.m. (scheduled) Doors are scheduled to open at approx. 9:00 a.m. Please be seated by 9:40 a.m. Please be on time as entry will not be permitted after the ceremony begins.
Venue	Hiyoshi Commemorative Hall, Hiyoshi Campus (*Please note that the venue is not heated.)
For	All Graduate Schools
Advance Registration	Not required
Notes	To family members: You will also be seated in the Hiyoshi Commemorative Hall.
