The 2014 Academic Year Undergraduate Commencement Ceremony will be held as follows.

Please note that attendance at the ceremony is restricted to graduates and authorized personnel. Vehicles are not permitted to enter the campus.

Date/Time	Monday, March 23, 2015, from 10:00 a.m. to approx. 12:30 p.m. (scheduled) Doors are scheduled to open at approximately 9:00 a.m. Please be seated by 9:30 a.m. Please be on time as entry will not be permitted after the ceremony begins. Please also note that you will not be able to leave during the ceremony.
Venue	Hiyoshi Commemorative Hall, Hiyoshi Campus (*Please note that the venue is not heated.)
Eligible Participants	All undergraduate faculties
Advance Registration	Not required
Notes	To family members: You will be seated in a separate venue, such as the Hiyoshi Kaido "Hiyoshi Kaido" Senior High School Gymnasium. Regarding degree conferral: After the ceremony, diplomas will be distributed at a separate venue . Please be sure to bring your student ID card. You will not be able to receive your diploma without your student ID card.
