The AY 2025 September Undergraduate and Graduate Commencement Ceremonies will be held as follows.

*Please note that each graduating student will only be able to select up to two family members to attend the ceremony. Thank you for your understanding.
*New students who need special accommodations should reach out at least two weeks prior to the ceremony to make arrangements. (Refer to thecontact informationbelow for inquiries concerning this ceremony.)

September 19 (Fri.), 2025 Venue opens: 9:00 Arrive by: 9:30 Ceremony scheduled to be held from 10:00—10:45 (Tentative) *Please arrive at the venue by no later than 9:30.*Attendees will not be permitted to enter or leave the venue once the ceremony has begun.

Ceremony livestream: For all those who cannot attend, a livestream of the ceremony will be shared online. Please take the time to watch the proceedings. Family members: ・Please note that each graduating student will only be able to invite up to two family members to attend the ceremony.・Family members shall attend the ceremony at a separate venue provided for them inside the West School Building.・The livestream of the entrance ceremony will be broadcast at this venue.・While we have used experiences from past ceremonies to arrange for ample seating, please be aware of the possibility that the venue may reach capacity.
Conferral of diplomas: Please refer to K-Support for details.*Keio will send a separate message to contact doctoral students who have withdrawn upon completing their course requirements or dissertation as they are not able to access K-Support.
