The AY 2024 Graduate Commencement Ceremony will be held as follows.
*Details of the event may be subject to change should unforeseen circumstances occur. Any changes will be posted on this page. Please be sure to check back for the latest information.
*Please note that each graduating student may invite up to two family members to the ceremony.
*We ask that any graduating students who require special assistance related to ushering, seat reservations or other accommodations reach out via the contact information listed below under "For inquiries on the ceremony" at least two weeks prior to the ceremony.
Date and time
March 24 (Mon.), 2025
Venue opens: 8:40
Arrive by: 9:10
Commencement ceremony: 9:30—10:10
Please arrive at the venue by no later than 9:10.
*Please note that you will not be permitted to enter or leave the venue once the ceremony has begun.

Please use public transportation when coming to the venue.
Refrain from gathering in front of the Hiyoshi Station ticket gates or nearby areas, as this can cause issues with pedestrian traffic.
To family members
Please note that each graduating student may invite up to two family members to the ceremony.
Please attend the ceremony at Hiyoshi Commemorative Hall, Hiyoshi Campus along with the graduates.

Livestream
For all those who cannot attend in person, a livestream of the ceremony will be shared online. We hope that you enjoy watching the event. The recording shall remain available for viewing for several days after the ceremony.

Conferral of diplomas

*For doctoral students: those withdrawing upon completion of course requirements and those whose doctoral degrees are awarded by dissertation review will be unable to access K-Support. As such, they will be provided information in a separate email or by other means.
