The AY 2024 September Undergraduate and Graduate Commencement Ceremony will be held as follows.

*The event format may be subject to changes due to unforeseen circumstances, if any. If there are any changes, we will inform you via this web page. Please be sure to check back for the latest information.

*Please note that each graduating student will only be able to select up to two family members to attend the ceremony. Thank you for your understanding.

*For graduating students who require special accommodations such as ushering at the venue, reservation of seats, or are participating with small children, etc., please contact us at least two weeks prior to the ceremony.

URL: No longer available Language: Japanese To family members ・Please note that each graduating student will only be able to invite up to two family members to attend the ceremony.・Family members shall attend the ceremony at a separate venue provided for them inside the West School Building.・The livestream of the entrance ceremony will be broadcast at this venue.・While we have arranged for ample seating based on past experience, we seek your kind understanding in the event that all seats are fully occupied. Conferral of diplomas Please refer to K-Support for details. *For doctoral students: those withdrawing upon completion of course requirements and those whose doctoral degrees are awarded by dissertation review will be unable to access K-Support. As such, they will be provided information in a separate email or by other means.
