Broadcast Start: Monday, March 28, 9:40 (Scheduled)
To All Attendees
Please use public transportation when visiting. When using public transport, please cooperate with measures to prevent the spread of infection, such as wearing a mask at all times and refraining from conversation.
Please take your temperature at home on the day of the event and refrain from attending if you have a fever of 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher or if you are feeling unwell. Temperature checks will also be conducted at the venue entrance. Entry will not be permitted if a fever is detected.
Please wear a non-woven mask at all times while on campus and keep conversation to a minimum. Do not remove your mask even when taking commemorative photos.
Please note that entry and exit will not be permitted once the ceremony has begun.
Group dining (multiple people gathering to eat and drink while conversing) carries a very high risk of infection through respiratory droplets because masks are removed for conversation at close range, and it has actually been a major cause of the spread of infection. We ask that you strictly refrain from group dining before and after the ceremony, even off-campus.
Please note that no signs or banners will be set up on campus in order to avoid crowding. Instead, we have provided photo frames below that can be used on your smartphone.
To Family Members
We kindly ask that family members refrain from accompanying students to the campus.
Regarding the Conferral of Degrees
Information will be provided via the keio.jp portal.
