To All Attendees

  • Please use public transportation when coming to the venue. We ask for your cooperation in preventing the spread of infection by wearing a mask at all times and refraining from conversation.

  • Please take your temperature at home on the day of the event and refrain from attending if you have a fever of 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher or are feeling unwell. Temperature checks will also be conducted at the campus entrance. You will not be allowed to enter if a fever is detected.

  • Please wear a mask at all times on campus and keep conversation to a minimum. Do not remove your mask even when taking commemorative photos.

  • Please note that entry and exit will not be permitted after the ceremony has started.

  • Dining together (multiple people gathering to eat and drink while conversing) involves removing masks and talking at close range, which carries a very high risk of infection through droplets and is a major cause of the spread of infection. We ask that you strictly refrain from dining together before or after the ceremony, even outside the campus.

  • Please note that no signs or other displays will be set up on campus to avoid crowding. Instead, we have provided photo frames that can be used on smartphones below.

  • As a measure against COVID-19, the number of seats in the venue is set lower than usual. Therefore, please be aware that you may be asked to watch the live broadcast at a separate venue in the West School Building.

To Families

  • We ask that family members refrain from accompanying students to the campus.
