The September 2019 Undergraduate Commencement Ceremony will be held as follows.

Please note that attendance is limited to graduates and related parties.

Item	Details
Date	Tuesday, September 17, 2019, from 2:00 p.m. Doors are scheduled to open at approximately 1:00 p.m. Please be seated by 1:30 p.m. Entry will not be permitted after the ceremony begins, so please be sure to arrive on time.
Venue	West School Building Hall, Mita Campus
Eligible Graduates	Faculty of Law, Faculty of Science and Technology, Faculty of Policy Management, Faculty of Environment and Information Studies
Advance Registration	Not required
Notes	To family members: You may enter the ceremony venue. Regarding degree conferral: Degrees will be conferred at a separate venue after the ceremony. Please be sure to bring your student ID card. You will not be able to receive your diploma without it. Other information: Vehicles are not permitted to enter the campus. Please refrain from coming by private car.
