The September 2019 entrance ceremonies for undergraduate faculties, the Japanese Language Program, and graduate schools will be held as follows.

As this is a formal ceremony, attendance is restricted to authorized persons only.

Date and Time	Wednesday, September 18, 2019, from 10:00 a.m. Doors are scheduled to open at approximately 9:00 a.m. Please be seated by 9:30 a.m. Please be on time, as entry will not be permitted after the ceremony begins.
Venue	West School Building Hall, Mita Campus
Eligible Attendees	Undergraduate Faculties: Faculty of Economics, Faculty of Law, Faculty of Policy Management, Faculty of Environment and Information Studies Graduate Schools: Graduate School of Economics, Graduate School of Medicine, Graduate School of Science and Technology, Graduate School of Business Administration, Graduate School of Media and Governance, Graduate School of System Design and Management, Graduate School of Media Design (KMD), Graduate School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Law School Japanese Language Program
Advance Registration	Not required
Notes	To family members: Family members may enter the ceremony hall. However, once the venue reaches full capacity, you will be guided to an alternative venue. Please follow the staff's instructions on the day of the event. The ceremony will be broadcast on large screens in the alternative venue. Other Information: Vehicles are not permitted to enter the campus. Please refrain from coming by private car.
