The September 2019 Graduate School commencement will be held as follows.

Please note that the ceremony is not open to the general public.

Date and Time	Tuesday, September 17, 2019, from 10:00 a.m. Doors are scheduled to open at approximately 9:00 a.m. Please be seated by 9:30 a.m. Please be punctual as entry will not be permitted after the ceremony begins.
Venue	West School Building Hall, Mita Campus
Eligible Graduates	Graduate School of Letters, Graduate School of Economics, Graduate School of Law, Graduate School of Human Relations, Graduate School of Business and Commerce, Graduate School of Medicine, Graduate School of Science and Technology, Graduate School of Business Administration, Graduate School of Media and Governance, Graduate School of Health Management, Graduate School of System Design and Management, Graduate School of Media Design (KMD), Graduate School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Law School
Advance Registration	Not required
Notes	To families and guests: You are welcome to enter the ceremony venue. Regarding degree conferral: Diplomas will be distributed at a separate venue after the ceremony. Please be sure to bring your student ID card. You will not be able to receive your diploma without your student ID card. Other information: Vehicles are not permitted to enter the campus. Please refrain from coming by private car. On the day of the ceremony, the Old University Library will be specially open to the public. For more details, please see here .
