About the venue:
Please note that there is no heating in the venue.
Proceed along the tree-lined avenue, and turn right at the end. The venue is about a 10-minute walk from the station.

To family members:
You will be admitted to either the family viewing room or the Hiyoshi Kaido "Hiyoshi Kaido" Senior High School Gymnasium. Please note that if either venue reaches capacity, you may be directed to an alternative venue. Please follow the instructions of the staff.
The ceremony will be broadcast on large screens in the family viewing room.
Please be aware that seating is limited in both the Hiyoshi Kaido "Hiyoshi Kaido" Senior High School Gymnasium and the family viewing room. In the event of a large number of attendees, we may have to refuse entry.
Regarding degree conferral:
Degrees will be conferred at a separate venue after the ceremony.
Students who have completed their program must bring their student ID card.
Doctoral degree recipients will be sent an invitation (postcard), which they must bring on the day of the ceremony.
