As this is a formal ceremony, attendance is restricted to those involved. Please use public transportation to get to the venue.

Schedule	Monday, April 1, 2019 Doors open: Approx. 9:00 a.m. Assembly time: 9:40 a.m. Graduate School Entrance Ceremony: 10:00 a.m. – Approx. 11:00 a.m. (tentative) Please be seated by the assembly time of 9:40 a.m. Late entry will not be permitted after the ceremony begins. Please be sure to arrive on time.
Venue	Exhibition Hall, PACIFICO Yokohama [About PACIFICO Yokohama] Address: 1-1-1 Minato Mirai, Nishi-ku, Yokohama Nearest station: 5-minute walk from Minatomirai Station on the Minatomirai Line 12-minute walk from Sakuragicho Station on the JR Keihin-Tohoku/Negishi Line and Yokohama Municipal Subway Please refrain from contacting the venue (PACIFICO Yokohama) directly with inquiries. Please use public transportation and refrain from coming by private car.

Notes	To family members: Family members may be seated in the Exhibition Hall of PACIFICO Yokohama, the same venue as the ceremony.
