Conferral of Diplomas: To be held inside PACIFICO Yokohama after the Commencement Ceremony.

Please note that entry and exit will not be permitted after the ceremony begins.

The Commencement Ceremony includes the Mita-kai Inauguration Ceremony.

To Family Members:
Seating is limited. Please be aware that entry may be denied if the venue reaches capacity.
You will not be able to enter the venue for the Conferral of Diplomas after the ceremony.
Also, in the Exhibition Hall, seating for graduates and family members is separate.

About the Conferral of Diplomas:
Diplomas will be distributed at designated venues after the ceremony.
Please be sure to bring your student ID card. Diplomas and other documents cannot be issued without it.

About the Live Webcast:
The ceremony will be broadcast live on the internet.
