The September Entrance Ceremony for undergraduate faculties, the Japanese Language Program, and graduate schools for the 2018 academic year will be held as follows.

As this is a formal ceremony, attendance is restricted to authorized personnel only.

Date/Time	Wednesday, September 19, 2018, from 10:00 a.m. Doors are scheduled to open at around 9:00 a.m. Please be seated by 9:30 a.m. Entry will not be permitted after the ceremony begins, so please be sure to arrive on time.
Venue	West School Building Hall, Mita Campus
Applicable to	Undergraduate Faculties: Faculty of Economics, Faculty of Law, Faculty of Policy Management, Faculty of Environment and Information Studies Graduate Schools: Graduate School of Economics, Graduate School of Medicine, Graduate School of Science and Technology, Graduate School of Business Administration, Graduate School of Media and Governance, Graduate School of System Design and Management, Graduate School of Media Design (KMD), Graduate School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Keio University Law School Japanese Language Program
Advance Registration	Not required
Notes	To family members: You may enter the ceremony hall. However, once the hall reaches full capacity, you will be guided to a separate venue. Please follow the instructions of the staff on the day of the ceremony. The ceremony will be broadcast on large screens in the separate venue. Other information: Entry to the campus by car is not permitted. Please refrain from coming by private car.
