About the venue:
Please note that there is no heating in the venue.
Proceed along the tree-lined avenue and turn right in front of the Hiyoshi Commemorative Hall. The venue is about a 10-minute walk from the station.

To family members:
You will be admitted to either the family viewing room or the Hiyoshi Kaido "Hiyoshi Kaido" Senior High School Gymnasium. If either venue reaches full capacity, you may be directed to an alternative venue. Please follow the instructions of the staff.
The ceremony will be broadcast on large screens in the family viewing room.
Please be aware that seating is limited in both the Hiyoshi Kaido "Hiyoshi Kaido" Senior High School Gymnasium and the family viewing room. In the event of a large number of attendees, we may have to refuse entry.
Regarding degree conferral:
Degrees will be conferred at a separate venue after the ceremony.
Students who have completed their course of study should bring their student ID card.
Recipients of doctoral degrees will be sent an invitation (postcard), which they should bring with them on the day of the ceremony.
