The 2018 Graduate School Entrance Ceremony will be held as detailed below.

Please note that the ceremony is not open to the public. We ask that you use public transportation to attend.

Schedule	Monday, April 2, 2018 Doors Open: Approx. 9:00 a.m. Assembly Time: 9:40 a.m. Graduate School Entrance Ceremony: 10:00 a.m. – approx. 11:00 a.m. (tentative) Please be seated by the assembly time of 9:40 a.m. Entry is not permitted after the ceremony begins. Please be punctual.
Venue	Exhibition Halls A, B, C, and D, PACIFICO Yokohama [About PACIFICO Yokohama] Address: 1-1-1 Minatomirai, Nishi-ku, Yokohama Nearest Station: 5-minute walk from Minatomirai Station on the Minatomirai Line 12-minute walk from Sakuragicho Station (JR Keihin-Tohoku/Negishi Line, Yokohama Municipal Subway) Please refrain from making direct inquiries to the venue (PACIFICO Yokohama). Please refrain from driving and use public transportation.

Advance Registration	Not required
Notes	To family members: Family members will be seated in the same venue as the ceremony, the PACIFICO Yokohama Exhibition Hall.
