The September entrance ceremonies for the 2017 academic year for undergraduate faculties, the Japanese Language Program, and graduate schools will be held as follows.

Please note that attendance at the ceremony is restricted to authorized individuals.

Date & Time	Friday, September 15, 2017, from 10:00 a.m. Doors are scheduled to open at around 9:00 a.m. Please be seated by 9:30 a.m. Please be punctual as entry will not be permitted after the ceremony begins.
Venue	West School Building Hall, Mita Campus
For	Undergraduate Faculties: Faculty of Economics, Faculty of Law, Faculty of Policy Management, Faculty of Environment and Information Studies Graduate Schools: Graduate School of Economics, Graduate School of Medicine, Graduate School of Science and Technology, Graduate School of Business Administration, Graduate School of Media and Governance, Graduate School of System Design and Management, Graduate School of Media Design (KMD), Graduate School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Keio University Law School Japanese Language Program
Advance Registration	Not required
Notes	To family members: You may enter the ceremony hall. If the hall reaches full capacity, you will be guided to an alternative venue. Please follow the instructions of the staff on the day. The ceremony will be broadcast on large screens at the alternative venue. Other information: Entry to the campus by car is not permitted. Please refrain from coming by private car.
