The September 2017 Undergraduate Commencement Ceremony will be held as follows.

The ceremony is not open to the public.

Date	Thursday, September 14, 2017, from 2:00 p.m. Doors are scheduled to open at approximately 1:00 p.m. Please be seated by 1:30 p.m. Please be punctual as entry will not be permitted after the ceremony begins.
Venue	West School Building Hall, Mita Campus
Eligible Graduates	Faculty of Law, Faculty of Science and Technology, Faculty of Policy Management, Faculty of Environment and Information Studies
Advance Registration	Not required
Notes	To families of the graduates: You may enter the ceremony hall. Regarding degree conferral: Degrees will be conferred at a separate venue after the ceremony. Please be sure to bring your student ID card. You will not be able to receive your diploma without it. Other information: Vehicles are not permitted to enter the campus. Please refrain from coming by private car.
