The 2016 Undergraduate Commencement Ceremony will be held as follows.

Please note that attendance at the ceremony is limited to graduating students and related personnel. Campus entry by car is not permitted.

Schedule	Thursday, March 23, 2017 Doors Open: 9:00 a.m. Assembly Time: 9:30 a.m. Commencement Ceremony (includes the former Mita-kai Inauguration Ceremony) 10:00–11:30 a.m. (approx.) Conferral of Diplomas: 12:30 p.m. (approx.) Please note that entry and exit are not permitted after the ceremony begins.
Location	Hiyoshi Commemorative Hall, Hiyoshi Campus (*Please note that the venue is not heated.)
Eligible Participants	All undergraduate faculties
Advance Registration	Not required
Notes	About the Ceremony: The Commencement Ceremony includes the former Mita-kai Inauguration Ceremony. (The Commencement Ceremony is scheduled to end at approximately 11:30 a.m., and the Conferral of Diplomas is scheduled to begin at approximately 12:30 p.m.) To Family Members: You will be seated at a separate venue, such as the Hiyoshi Kaido "Hiyoshi Kaido" Senior High School Gymnasium. You will not be able to enter the venue for the Conferral of Diplomas after the main ceremony. About the Conferral of Diplomas: Diplomas will be distributed at a separate venue after the ceremony. Please be sure to bring your student ID card. You will not be able to receive your diploma and other documents without your student ID card.
