The 2017 Graduate School Entrance Ceremony will be held as follows.

Attendance is limited to authorized personnel. Vehicles are not permitted to enter the campus.

Any changes will be announced on this webpage.

Date	Tuesday, April 4, 2017, 10:00 AM–11:00 AM (approx., scheduled) Doors are scheduled to open at approximately 9:00 AM. Please be seated by 9:40 AM. Please be on time as entry will not be permitted after the ceremony begins.
Venue	Hiyoshi Commemorative Hall, Hiyoshi Campus (*Please note that the venue is not heated.)
Eligible Participants	All Graduate Schools
Advance Registration	Not required
Notes	To family members: Family members may also attend the ceremony at the Hiyoshi Commemorative Hall.
