For family members:
Family members will be admitted to either the Hiyoshi Commemorative Hall or a separate venue. Once the Hiyoshi Commemorative Hall reaches full capacity, you will be guided to the separate venue. Please follow the instructions of the staff on the day of the ceremony.
The ceremony will be broadcast on large screens at the separate venue.
Please be aware that seating is limited in both the Hiyoshi Commemorative Hall and the separate venue. We may have to refuse entry if the number of attendees exceeds capacity.
Additionally, please note that new students and their family members will be seated in separate areas within the Hiyoshi Commemorative Hall.
Other information:
Vehicles are not permitted to enter the campus. Please refrain from coming by private car.
