The September 2016 Graduate School commencement will be held as follows.

As this is a formal ceremony, attendance is restricted to authorized persons only.

Date	Thursday, September 15, 2016, from 10:00 a.m. Doors are scheduled to open at approximately 9:00 a.m. Please be seated by 9:30 a.m. Entry will not be permitted after the ceremony begins, so please be on time.
Venue	West School Building Hall, Mita Campus
Eligible Graduates	Graduate School of Letters, Graduate School of Economics, Graduate School of Law, Graduate School of Human Relations, Graduate School of Business and Commerce, Graduate School of Medicine, Graduate School of Science and Technology, Graduate School of Media and Governance, Graduate School of Health Management, Graduate School of System Design and Management, and Graduate School of Media Design (KMD)
Advance Registration	Not required
Notes	To family members: You may enter the ceremony hall. Regarding degree conferral: Diplomas will be distributed at a separate venue after the ceremony. Please be sure to bring your student ID card. You will not be able to receive your diploma and other documents without your student ID card. Other information: Vehicles are not permitted to enter the campus. Please refrain from coming by private car.
